PCR plate is used for the detection of bacterial infection. As the PCR plate is much simpler and quicker to amplify the DNA, it is conveniently used for sequencing. Single-strands of DNA are required. PCR Plates are available in Clear or White colour with different skirting formats made compatible with major PCR systems.
